The art of choosing and serving wine - 2nd session

Location: ERC Main Campus, 5 Euro Room

Thank you Jean Bernard for his second session of Ready For Work session “The art of choosing and serving wine” on Thursday, 25 February, 2016, which provides students practical business skills to enrich their knowledge in F&B major.


This class included: the history of wine, the wine producing regions of the world, the most popular grape varieties and how to introduce wine to the customer. Students also had an opportunity to taste wines and learn how to opening and serving still wine correctly.


Jean Bernard’s expertise again showed through during this very well received session - Thank you again and we look forward to welcoming you back at ERC again soon.
