Visit to Warehouse Merchants Indochina

Location: Warehouse Le Thanh Ton

The first session of “The art of choosing and serving wine” with Mr. Jean Bernard -Baudron, Training and Development Manager at The Warehouse Merchants Indochina was an exciting experience.


Not only did they taste wines but students discovered many interesting facts about wine history and culture around the world. Students were taught on how to read the wine labels, i.e. how to distinguish between types of New and Old World wine, sparkling wine & champagne and sweet & dry sparkling wine. The most interesting part was how to choose appropriate wine for specific meals and how to correctly open sparkling wine & champagne in a safe & professional way.



As we received positive feedback, don’t forget to join the second session on Thursday, 25 February at ERC Campus for a more specific knowledge!
