BIGFund BootCamp Recap - Workshop no 3: F&B

Last Friday (June 16th), we are pleased to welcome Giulio D'Erme - co-founder of #CulinaryOn to come over ERC and share about "Working Clean" concept in business.
As an experienced person in F&B aspect ( 20 years working experience) , Giulio knows exactly how to start a F&B business and also tips and tricks on running the outlet. Especially, he shared with participants about the hierarchy of chefs when working in the same kitchen. 
After the Bootcamp, participants not only understand more about F&N corporate but also know how to solve problems if there are any happen in this type of business.
